As a general manager for Colorado Player Consultants LLC, Mr. Springfield specializes in civil rights advocacy. He consults with the public and coordinates political campaigns. He was inspired by his adopted father to pursue his career, and he attributes his success to his hard work and commitment to his job.

Having received his Bachelor's Degree in 1984, Mr. Springfield is a certified paralegal and registered lobbyist with the State of Colorado. He is a member of The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and the American Israel Public Affairs Committee. He was recognized as a Founding Honoree on the Wall of Tolerance for Southern Poverty Law Center. In the future, he intends to start a foundation for the Veterans Assistance League.
